Alabama Total Fiber Solutions was built by people who have spent decades in the field, not in a boardroom. We know what it takes to deliver outside plant fiber infrastructure on time, safely, and to spec.
Who Are We
ATFS is a Huntsville-based outside plant fiber contractor founded by Harrison Fox, with 40 years of OSP field experience. We operate as a subcontractor to prime contractors across Alabama and Tennessee.
Our Mission
To deliver turnkey fiber optic infrastructure that meets the timeline, quality, and safety standards prime contractors depend on. Every project ATFS takes on is owned end to end, fully documented, and managed under a formal quality and safety program from kickoff through final testing.

Our team has spent decades in outside plant construction, advancing from field operations to senior leadership. Having managed large-scale fiber deployments across the Southeast, we founded Alabama Total Fiber Solutions to deliver a truly reliable, turnkey outside plant fiber subcontractor.

ATFS is led by a team that has spent decades on both sides of fiber construction, building plant in the field and managing the crews who do it. That experience shapes how we plan, document, and deliver every project for the primes we work with.
Harry Fox
President / CEO
Harrison Fox has 40 years of OSP construction experience, advancing from lineman to executive. Previously Vice President of Operations at Velox, he also managed AT&T construction operations across 9,000 square miles and oversaw over 900 miles of fiber rebuilds. He brings a deep prime-contractor perspective and is a U.S. Army veteran.

Drake Harris brings 9 years of underground construction and project management expertise to ATFS. His background spans HDD boring, aerial installation, fiber optics, and delivering multi-million dollar projects for major clients like AT&T and Comcast. He is OSHA 30 certified and experienced in managing projects from initial permitting through final closeout.
