Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Alabama Total Fiber Solutions (“ATFS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website https://alabamatotalfibersolutions.com/ (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site.
ATFS is an outside plant fiber construction subcontractor serving prime contractors. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, indicated by the “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site as a whole, including its original text and arrangement, is owned by or licensed to ATFS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Some materials on the Site, including certain images, fonts, icons, and design elements, are owned by third parties and used by ATFS under license, and those materials remain the property of their respective owners. Any third-party trademarks, service marks, or logos that appear on the Site are the property of their owners and are used for identification purposes only. You may view the Content for your own informational and business use, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute it for commercial purposes without permission from ATFS or the relevant rights holder.
User Representations
By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, that you are not a minor, that you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, and that you will not use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Prohibited Activities

Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation will be resolved by binding arbitration, except as noted below. Arbitration will be conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and will take place in Madison County, Alabama. You understand that without this provision you would have the right to sue in court and have a jury trial. Arbitration will be limited to the dispute between the parties individually and not on a class basis. Disputes seeking to enforce intellectual property rights or to obtain injunctive relief are not subject to arbitration. If a dispute proceeds in court, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Corrections
The Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct them and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Your use of the Site is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
