One project lead owns scheduling, material procurement, crew coordination, quality documentation, and reporting across engineering, aerial, underground, and splicing. The prime coordinates with one team, not a chain of separate subs.
Schedules are built against the prime’s milestone dates. We maintain lookahead schedules, track daily progress, and document weather and utility delays. When a milestone is at risk, the prime is notified before the date slips, not after.
Material is managed against the project bill of materials. ATFS handles procurement, staging, delivery coordination to field crews, and waste tracking, so quantities are accounted for through the life of the build.
Reporting is delivered in the format the prime specifies. Daily logs, weekly summaries, permit tracking, and inspection records are provided without requiring the prime to adopt a new tool. At closeout, ATFS delivers as-built drawings, test reports, permit closeout documentation, and certification records as a single package.
